July, 2006:  Pictures from this month's Snowball retreat in Poland are now available in our Photo  Gallery (click here)  !  Operation
  Snowball conducts conferences for adults and teens committed to building healthy communities through
 substance-abuse prevention and leadership development. Six Poles, two Lithuanians, and six Americans
 facilitated the week-long event in Kostkowice, Poland immersing the participants with Snowball activities and
 English-language camp in one.

April, 2007:  HLWrap V1R3 *  released. This command-line utility written in Java provides wrapping services for files. Selected files
(Members) are wrapped in statements provided by other files (Wrappers) and concatenated into an output file (Container).
